Important dates below:

Participation Form & Fee Due: September 16th, by 11:59 PM

Rehearsal Dates:

October 4th - First rehearsal at Carousel Dance Centre, large group pieces

October 18th/November 1st/15th – Rehearsals for small groups in Section 1 and Opening piece

October 25th/November 8th/22nd - Rehearsals for small groups in Section 2 and Closing piece

In-studio Dress Rehearsal: November 29th at Carousel Dance Centre with musicians and dancers

Theatre Rehearsal: December 5th, 2026 at Maureen Forrester Recital Hall 9am-5pm (not needed for the whole day)

Performance: December 6th, 2026

There is a $60 fee to participate in one section, and $75 fee to participate in both. Optional: there will also be opportunities for extra pieces, including solos, duets, trios or small groups.

T-Shirts/ Merchandise

Dancers are required to have some element of RDP merchandise. If you do not have any RDP merch, they are available for purchase for $10 through our merchandise page

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Fees contribute to studio and theatre rentals and other project expenses.

Voluntarily dropping out of the program after confirmation of participation will result in forfeiture of the participation fee if done before the start of the program.

An additional $25 withdrawal fine will be required if dancers drop out during the course of the program.
