Our RDP Ambassador Program is an opportunity for dancers to help grow our community, support RDP events and fundraisers, connect with the KW dance community, and help create a positive space where dancers can create, perform & connect.

​

What Does an RDP Ambassador Do?

​

Ambassadors will help support RDP through:

• Participating in most RDP programming

• Supporting the organization and execution of special events and fundraisers

• Connecting with and helping grow the local dance community

• Contributing ideas and feedback to help shape RDP

• Helping create a welcoming and positive environment for our dancers

• Volunteering with specific projects, events, or tasks throughout the year

 

Ambassadors may work in small groups on specific initiatives and will receive ongoing support through regular check-ins with fellow Ambassadors and the RDP leadership team.

Commitment

Ambassadors are asked to commit approximately 1–2 hours of volunteering per month, in addition to participating in most RDP programming.

​

We want this to be a meaningful and manageable way for dancers to become more involved, take on leadership opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of RDP.

Receive 25% off all RDP programs while serving as an Ambassador.

PRIORITY CONSIDERATION FOR CHOREOGRAPHY
Ambassadors will receive priority consideration for choreography opportunities within RDP programs.

PRIORITY CONSIDERATION FOR SOLO, DUET & TRIO OPPORTUNITIES
Ambassadors will receive priority consideration for solo, duet, and trio opportunities in RDP programming.

LEADERSHIP & COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITIES
Gain experience taking on leadership responsibilities, contribute your ideas, and help shape the future of RDP.

Who Should Apply?

The Ambassador Program is for dancers who:

• Love being part of the RDP community

• Want to become more involved beyond participating in classes and performances

• Are enthusiastic about supporting fellow dancers

• Enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team

• Are interested in helping RDP grow and develop

• Can commit to the required volunteer hours and programming participation
